- Payments will be made in the following way: 30% upon confirmation of the reservation and signing of the contract. The other 70% will be paid into our bank account 30 days before embarking. For reservations made on very short notice, this 70% will be paid when embarking, in cash.

- The boats will be handed over to the client with full fuel deposits and have to be returned with the same level of fuel.

- Embarking for weekly charters will take place on Saturdays from 17:00 hours. The boat will have to be returned to the same harbour before following Friday 17:00 hours although sleeping aboard will be allowed until Saturday 08:00 hours. 

- The minimum required qualifications imposed by law will the be ones compatible with "Patrón de Embarcaciones de Recreo". For foreign qualifications, we will check with local authorities. We will need to have a copy of personal identification papers and mentioned qualifications 2 months before embarking. It will also be necessary to prove experience in navigation with sailing boats. 

- In case of cancellation of a reservation, 20% of the total rental will be charged, if this cancellation is made 60 days or more before embarking, 40% will be charged between 60 and 30 days before embarking and 60% will be charged if the cancellation is made in the last 30 days before embarking.
